 Basic Epson Xp 440 Setup

1. Unpack the printer package first and remove the protective foams, tapes, and covers.
2. Take out the power cord, ink cartridges, user guide, and CD-ROM from the box and keep them away for future use.
3. Lift the scanner top and remove the blue tapes inside the printer. 
4. Connect the power cord to the wall outlet and raise the control panel to switch on the Epson xp-440 printer.
5. Select your language using the navigation keys and press the OK button.
6. Install the ink cartridges after removing the yellow tapes and refer to the manual for loading it in the correct order.
7. Avoid touching the ink nozzles and the flat white cable inside the scanner unit before installing the cartridges into the holders, as it may affect printing qualities in the future.
8. Make sure to shake the ink cartridges gently before installing it on the printer.
9. Wait until the ink charges, and the printer displays the Charging Completed message on the LCD screen.
10. Flip the feeder guard forward and extend the paper support.
11. Slide the paper guides and load some plain papers into the paper input tray.
12. After loading the papers, pull out the paper output tray.
13. Use the control panel to adjust the paper alignment and check the print quality in the Epson XP 440 setup.
14. Install the product software using the CD-ROM that comes with the Epson printer.
15. Else, download and install the product software from the Epson official site.
16. For mobile printing, use the Epson Print Enabler that is available in the Google play store for Android devices.
17. To print remotely from your device, use the Epson Connect and Google Cloud Print.
