Epson Printer setup isn’t a Herculean task. With the right directions, it is an easy procedure. We have put down the process instructions to offer an uncomplicated printer setup experience, even to the first-time printer users.
- Unpack the printer package and remove the protective materials.
- Pull open the scanner unit until it locks into place.
- Attach the power cord to the rear of the printer and then its other end to a wall outlet.
- Lift the control panel to switch on the Epson XP 4100 setup printer.
- Use the arrow buttons to select the language.
- Shake the ink cartridges well before unwrapping.
- Remove the yellow tapes off and push them into their corresponding colored holders.
- Press OK to begin charging the printer’s ink delivery system.
- After a waiting time of 6 minutes, a completion message appears on the screen.
- Adjust the print quality of the printer as per the on-screen instructions.
- Move the feeder guard forward, elevate the paper support, and tilt it slightly towards the back.
- Push the edge guides all the way out to the extreme ends.
- Place the paper with the printable side up and the short edge going first into the feeder.
- Adjust the guides against the paper.
- Extend the output tray and proceed as per the on-screen instructions.
- Insert the CD-ROM for driver installation and run the file in it.
- Establish the required connection and complete the Epson XP 4100 setup process.
